La rubrique du 9 novembre 2009 annonçait la parution en mars 2011 d’un ouvrage des professeurs américains Nathan Bryan et Joseph Loscalzo consacré aux nitrates et aux nitrites en physiologie et pathologie humaines.
Nous sommes maintenant en mars 2011. Comportant 346 pages et 29 illustrations, l’ouvrage est actuellement sous presse chez Springer/Humana Press [Nutrition and Health. Series Editor: Adrianne Bendich]. Il s’intitule «Nitrite and Nitrate in Human Health and Disease». Il devrait être disponible le 29 avril prochain.
